Types Of Orders And
lifetime Quarantee

Credit Card Orders

When you place a credit card order online, our credit card secure clearing agent place a hold on your card for the amount of the order if approved.

If your order is a regular order, we only place the actual charge to your credit card when we are ready to deliver your order.

If your order is a special order or a custom order, we will normally place a charge on your credit card, shortly after we receive your order, for your order price.

If you fax us or mail us your order using your credit card, we will follow the same procedures as above.

For customer security, we honor only those orders for which we verify the credit card holder's billing address.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not meet this policy and that may pose a risk to the legitimate card holder.

By ordering, you agree that you are authorized to use the credit card you are using using for your purchase. 

By ordering, you also agree that you will take steps so that no credit card chargebacks occur to Celtic Metaphysical Jewelry dot Com by ensuring that the authorized user of this credit card is aware of your purchase. A chargeback occurs when the cardholder states that he did not use his or her credit card for a particular charge.

By ordering, you finally agree that should Shop Bag End be charged a chargeback fee resulting from your purchase, Shop Bag End  may charge you $36.00 in addition to your invoice amount to reimburse Celtic Metaphysical Jewelry for the chargeback fee it has incurred.

Check Orders

If you send us a regular US bank check with your order, please allow up to two weeks for your check to clear our bank before we ship your order. We will only accept personal checks pre-printed with your name and address.

Money Orders, Bank Drafts, and other forms of certified payment will incur no delay if drawn on a US bank. Non-US money order, certified checks, and bank drafts require a three week holding period to clear before we ship your order.

Your information is encrypted so that no one other than the credit card clearing company and us have access to it. We do not share this information with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our credit card clearing agency does, in fact, only keep the first and the last four digits of your card number online for security reasons. The rest are Xed out. It very safe.

We are available at other times upon occasion. We are a family business, so there are times when we will be out during these times.

3. Fax Credit Card Orders

24 hours per day, 7 days a week, and fax us your order. Our fax does not ring at night so you will disturb no one by calling late, or early.

4. Mail Credit Card, Money Order, or Check Orders

5. Email Orders:

We do not recommend emailing credit card information by email. Email is not secure. Please use one of the secure methods above.

6. Credit Card Orders:

If you use a credit card:

  • Billing Information: Please enter your name, address, and zipcode as it appears on your credit card statement
  • Shipping Information: You may fill out Shipping Information, if different. Once we verify your credit card billing information, you may ship to anyone, anywhere
  • Note: Your order may be delayed if your credit card billing address is different from what your credit card company has on file

7. PayPal Orders:

We now accept PayPal. If you use PayPal:

  • PayPal Account: Your PayPal account must a verified PayPal account
  • Billing Information: Your billing address must be the same as your PayPal verified address
  • Email Address: Your email address must be the same as your PayPal verified email address
  • Shipping Information: You may fill out Shipping Information, if different. Once we verify your PayPal verified address, you may ship to anyone, anywhere
  • Note: Your order may be delayed if the above information is different from that which PayPal has on file

Non-us Orders

Orders emanating from or going to an address outside of the United States constitute a non-US Order, or international order, for us.

Please make payment in US dollars by credit card, by bank draft, or by International Money Order. Non-US money order, certified checks, and bank drafts require a three week holding period to clear before we ship your order.

We will fill out any US Customs forms required for us to ship your order. You will be responsible for paying any import duties, fees, etc. required by your country, if applicable.

We do not ship gold or platinum outside of the US.

We may ask you give us additional information so that we may verify your non-US billing address.

Sales Tax

Residents of California must pay CA state sales tax on their orders as if they are buying here in Chico, CA. This is computed for you on your order form.

No sales tax is due on orders outside of California.

Returns and Exchanges

RMA: You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning or exchanging any merchandise.

Exchange For Size or Change of Mind: Please include an amount equal to the shipping option you choose for reshipping to you) with your exchange.

Damaged Merchandise: You may exchange any item that you receive damaged. Let us know by email and arrange an RMA with us for your exchange. Please keep and return your delivery box if possible, especially if it shows signs of abuse, so that we may settle with the carrier in question and perhaps provide an incentive for better, future performance on the carrier's part. You will not have to pay for postage.

Returns: You must return merchandise with shipping prepaid, in its original condition as you received it, preferably in its original package, and with our RMA number on the label of your package. We do not accept returns or exchanges by C.O.D. Your original shipping charges are not refundable if you are returning for any reason other than for a flaw in material or workmanship.

Your Shipping of Returns or Exchanges: We advise that you ship your returns or exchanges by certified, registered, or any other kind of traceable shipping. We are not responsible for lost, undocumented returns or exchanges.

Please order what you intend to keep. We are a small business and cannot afford to have folks order fifteen items planning to keep what they like and to return twelve.

Cancelling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by any customer at any time. We do not obligate ourselves to provide a reason for so doing.

Retail Prices and Retail Value

The retail prices we list on our web site either reflect actual comparison shopping, the maker's suggested retail price, or retail prices based on standard retailer practices for the category of product involved. These retail prices are not necessarily what a buyer could expect to pay in every location. Our retail prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge and belief.

Errors

Although we do are best to be accurate, sometimes we are not. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct errors in price and description on any of our pages and any item in our catalog.
