Regular Orders: Regular orders are usually on hand and in stock. They are usually shipped by the next business morning.

Special Orders: Special orders pertain to any item of sterling silver jewelry that requires a cabachon choice. Examples are sterling silver jewelry with gemstone options (cabachons). These are not generally held  in stock but are special ordered for you. Or a special order would be an order for an unusual amount of one item, more than we normally carry in stock. Most special orders are delivered to us within a few days, with a few specialty items taking  up to a week or more.

Custom Orders: Custom orders pertain to any item of merchandise--including and not limited to gold or platinum-- that is made to your specific order as to size or color. Examples are all gold and platinum rings. We always custom order these rings to meet your requirements. Nevertheless, custom orders are are still covered under our lifetime guarantee.

Clearance Sales: Clearance sales is of merchandise that we cannot reorder and for which the sale is final, with no returns or exchanges. Nevertheless, clearance sales are are still covered under our lifetime guarantee (clearance items that has been sold out will be refunded only).

Final Sales: Final sales pertain to any item of merchandise for which the sale is final, with no returns or exchanges--such as hair jewelry and toe rings. Nevertheless, final sales are are still covered under our lifetime guarantee.

We believe so highly in our selected products and artisans that we offer you a lifetime guarantee for materials and manufacture on all merchandise you purchase from us.

What is a lifetime guarantee? Who's lifetime are we talking about, anyway? Good questions.

Obviously, we can only offer a guarantee as long as we are in business. We opened Celtic Metaphysical Jewelry dot Com in 1999 and we plan on keeping our business online for as long as people like you appreciate and want our fine Celtic jewelry and gifts; that is, forever and a day,as the Celts would say.

This means that you may purchase from us with assurance that if anything is less than satisfactory in materials or the manufacture, we will replace or refund your money at any time after your purchase.

Furthermore, we will process your guarantee immediately. You do not have to notify us within 3 days, or 14 days, or 30 days, or even 90 days, as you do with most online and brick and mortar businesses. You do not need your receipt-- although a receipt or order number is helpful-- as long as you purchased from us, or received a gift from someone who purchased from us (it will be in our records). We are proud to stand behind our artisans and our products which we have personally selected for you for as long as you own them.

Exceptions to Lifetime Guarantee:

• You have neglected or damaged your purchase in an unreasonable manner
• You have repeatedly bent your purchase and it has broken (even soft metals will eventually break if bent back and forth repeatedly)
• You have worn your jewelry in an unreasonable environment such as a shower or a chlorinated pool, exposed your jewelry to damaging elements, chemicals, or vapors, and so on
• You have lost your item, your purchase was stolen after you received it, or you cannot return it for any reason
• Gold and silver plating may wear with normal age and friction with the body or clothing, to which jewelry that is worn is susceptible

We offer a thirty day return policy for purchases where you have changed your mind or where you have ordered the wrong thing or size. Please email first us at returns@celtic-metaphysical-jewelry.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Refunds will be for the purchase price, less shipping if returned for your change in mind or for your wrong order, plus shipping if we sent you the wrong item or your item is being returned for defects in material or workmanship.
